Vacant Land in Bennetts Green Industry Park for Sale at Auction

 A vacant block in the popular Bennetts Green Industry and Business Park near Lake Macquarie is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Commercial Newcastle.

The approximately 2,364 sqm site at 10 Templar Place, Bennetts Green, is zoned light industrial and is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Newcastle’s John Parnham.

John Parnham said the site was positioned at the end of the busy Bennetts Green bulky goods retail precinct and enjoyed high exposure to traffic.

“The block benefits from approximately 35m of street frontage and has mostly been cleared and would only require a modest cut and fill,” he said.

John Parnham said the Bennetts Green bulky goods retail precinct is situated just off the Pacific Highway.

Bennetts Green is east of Lake Macquarie and is approximately 14km southwest of the Newcastle CBD and 6km south of Charlestown’s CBD.

The on-site auction will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. In the event of inclement weather it will be held at the same time at the Ray White offices at the Charlestown Square shopping centre.
