Ray White Newcastle Hosts In-room Auction
Three commercial properties will go under the hammer next week at an in-room auction event hosted by the Ray White Newcastle Group.
The auction will commence at 6pm on Wednesday, June 11, at the Crowne Plaza located on the corner of Merewether Street and Wharf Road, Newcastle.
Ray White Commercial Newcastle’s John Parnham said two of the properties listed for sale had long-term tenants.
“One of the properties is located on a prominent corner site at 2 Carramere Road, Muswellbrook, and is currently being leased by Teterin Supply for approximately 23 years,” he said.
“The commercial/industrial site is approximately 4,125 sqm in size and comprises two freestanding buildings, a large drive way and ample on-site car parking for 17 vehicles.
“The other property is located at 5/305 Hillsborough Road, Warners Bay, and has been occupied by Music Solutions for almost 10 years. It’s being marketed by Neil Follington and Lee Follington.
“The purpose built retail fit out includes a showroom, warehouse and teaching studios spread over 460 sqm.”
John Parnham said there was also a modern industrial unit being offered for sale with vacant possession at 2/13 Carbine Close, Wallsend, also marketed by Neil Follington and Lee Follington.
“The property is located in a popular estate close to Newcastle Link Road and the freeway,” he said.
“It has a total building area of approximately 225 sqm plus a large mezzanine, modern office facilities and parking.”
