A commercial building with a hotel licence in the vibrant Newcastle East Precinct is being offered for sale via auction through Ray White Commercial Newcastle.
The architecturally designed property at 6/23 Watt Street, Newcastle, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Newcastle Principal John Parnham. John Parnham said the approximately 756 sqm property was suitable for a hotel, bar, gymnasium or commercial office space.
“This building is tremendously appealing both internally and externally,” he said.

John Parham said a hotel licence and poker machine entitlements were to be offered firstly to the purchaser of the property and if not required would be then sold separately.
The auction will be held on-site at 1.15pm on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
