Strata

Charlestown are being offered in a mortgagee sale at a public auction by Ray
White Commercial Newcastle.
The
offering of 14 commercial strata units at 250 Pacific Highway, Charlestown, is
being marketed by Ray White Commercial Newcastle Principal John Parnham.
Mr
Parnham said the five level building was located on the fringe of the
Charlestown CBD and was only a short walk from GPT’s Charlestown Square and
