A single level retail showroom at Bennetts Green, Lake Macquarie, with a leading mattress and bedding retailer as its tenant is being offered for sale via auction through Ray White Commercial.
The 280 sqm showroom located at 3 Groves Road, Bennetts Green, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Newcastle Director John Parnham.
John Parnham said the property was currently occupied by Fantastic Holdings Limited’s Original Mattress Factory, which secured a 5 x 5 x 5 year lease last year.
